ListMarketer is a leading edge software company that works with all types of companies to help them communicate with their customers and emial subscribers. Each customer 'database' is owned by our clients and is separate from other sites. ListMarketer does not own, rent, or sell any email addresses.

Acceptable Use Policy

Every ListMarketer Customer must sign our Acceptable Use Policy. Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy is cause for termination.

Every Listmarketer customer must adhere to the following best practices:

• Only be sent to lists of opt-in recipients.
• Immediately honor any removal or unsubscribe requests.
• Include a non-Internet contact method such as a postal address or telephone number.
• Provide source information on every recipient to be able to prove opt-in status.

To prevent abuse of the system. our AUP also stipulates that all mail sent through our software must:

• Not contain or transmit sexually explicit images or other content that is offensive.
• Not harass, threaten or cause distress, unwanted attention or discomfort to a person or entity.
• Not contain or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or hateful content or content which is racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or which infringes upon the rights of any third party.
• Not impersonate any person, or communicate under a false name or fasely registered domain name..
• Not violate (intentionally or unintentionally) any applicable local, state, national or international law, including the CANSPAM Act.
  

Removal Instructions

Every message is required to have clear and working unsubscribe instructions at the top or bottom of the message.

To report abuse of our software, please forward a copy of the message you received to abuse@listmarketer.com
