Will ListMarketer provide a server and IPs?

ListMarketer has a relationship with a large number of ISPs, which we are happy to use to provide you with a server and IPs. When we provide hosting, we make a commitment to manage the relationship with the ISPs so you don’t need to worry about the logistics of your server. We are committed to taking responsibility for keeping you up and mailing and will credit any downtime caused by the hardware or ISP technical issues for all servers that we host.

This will be an additional charge and item on your monthly invoice. Please contact Sales for details on our hosting options.

Will anyone else be using the IPs I am using to mail?

No. We only work with dedicated IP addresses – only you will be mailing on these IPs. Therefore, you will have complete control over your IP reputation and won’t risk any other mailers ruining your IP reputation and preventing you from getting the mail out you need.

Can I provide my own server? 

Yes, you are free to get your own server with our specs. Simply send us root access once the ISP has prepared the server. We will take over from there and get our software installed.

What server requirements (specs) do I need to tell my ISP?

Operating system: CentOS 5.11
Bitwise version: 32-bit
Basic install, no desktop packages.
Minimum disk space: 200GB or more
Memory: 8GB or greater
CPU: Intel Intel Core i3, Intel Core 2 Duo E-series, Intel Xeon E-series or better.

Disk partitioning:
100MB for /boot
4GB for swap
Remainder of the drive on /

How many data fields can I import? 

You can import up to 20 custom fields in addition to Email Address, Source IP, and Source Timestamp.

How many lists can I import? 

As many as you want! We have vigorously tested the software with thousands of lists.

How much volume can I send?

Can I host images on the server? 

Yes, you can host images you will need in your creatives directly on your ListMarketer server.

Can I suggest new features?

Our team is always happy to hear suggestions for improvements or features that are important to our customers. Our development team takes on new features based on customer feedback and demand, so please let us know if there is anything you would like to see.

How many emails can I send per hour?

Please contact Sales for our full list of options. Most commonly, customers send at a maximum of 300k/hr; however, the software is capable of sending at a faster rate should you need it.

What are your customer support hours?

Can I have more than one set of logins?

Of course. ListMarketer offers the option to create multiple ‘clients’. Each client will have a unique login and have restricted access with unique lists and unique campaigns.

Can I automatically send out emails at some time interval after a user joins my contact list?

Yes, we have the option to create AutoResponders (often called “drip”) campaigns that will send email as subscribers are added to a list. You can also choose to verify these subscribers as they are added to the list.

How do I receive the product after my purchase?

Once we receive root access to a server, our team will get started installing the software. When we have the software installed (and the server provisioned), we will provide logins to your server.
